Maili Jamieson (Occupational Therapist)

Maili is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills through fun and meaningful therapy.

With experience in early years teaching and supporting people of all different ages with ASD, ADHD, Down syndrome, OCD, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions, she takes a person-centred, playful, and creative approach to therapy.

Maili believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with parents, schools, and other professionals to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive in all aspects of life. By building strong relationships, she helps children achieve their goals in a way that is consistent, effective, and meaningful.

Having grown up with individuals with disabilities in her family, Maili has a caring, gentle, and patient nature. Her sense of humour and fun approach help children feel comfortable, engaged, and excited to learn.

She is dedicated to supporting children’s growth through play, creativity, and meaningful experiences. To provide the best possible therapy, Maili prioritises continual professional development, ensuring she stays up to date with the latest research, training, techniques, and approaches in paediatrics.

In Maili’s spare time, she enjoys surfing, skateboarding, Pilates, and walks in nature.
