NDIS Plan Managed

Organise ordering your products as a Plan Managed NDIS Client. 

If you are NDIS Plan Managed and require your Plan Manager to pay for your products, please continue with the following:

1. Select your Items from the shop.

2. Email shop@kidsfirstot.com.au with your order request. (Please be very specific with what you are ordering so there is no confusion.)

What to include in the email:

a. The products you are ordering.

b. Your Plan Managers accounts email address for us to send your invoice to.

c. Your child' s full name and date of birth.

d. Your child's NDIS Provider number. 

e. Your full postal address for the products to be sent to.

4. Once we have received payment from your Plan Manager we will then post out your order and send you a confirmation email.

NDIS Self Managed 

Organise ordering your products as a Self Managed NDIS Client. 

Order your product as normal. You can use the invoice provided to you to claim the order via the NDIS portal. Kids First OT is not liable for any order that is rejected by NDIS and it is the customers responsibility to ensure purchasing consumables, such as the products sold by Kids First OT, are available in your child’s NDIS plan.
