Going through puberty is a confusing time both physically and mentally. There are lots of changes happening to the body, emotions, social challenges, hygiene requirements associated with menstruation, and surges in hormones plus the added sexual curiosity that usually happens at this time. There is a lot to manage for any pre-teen or teenager, let alone if they are neurodivergent or have a learning disability.

After many years of helping pre-pubescent and pubescent girls through these challenges and compiling different resources, information packs and activities, we have created the one-stop-shop for parents to help their child through the puberty phase. The bonus of this resource is that there is also information for parents about how they can have the awkward or uncomfortable conversations with their child about puberty and help them through the curiosities that coincide with puberty.
